friendly staff

Just a good pick for a brief stopover in Predeal with good value for price. The cleaning staff was super friendly and efficient, making my stay much better. Avoid peak seasons to escape the crowds.

Had a sweet as room with a cozy vibe, but the men's loo in the dining area was a bit odd and the breakfast options were quite limited. Chur for the comfy room!

Had a lekker big room and the staff were super friendly, not too pushy ya know. Loved that I could chill on the balcony with fresh air. Plus, they had a solid brekkie spread, lots to choose from!

Couple looking for a cozy stay

Had a big clean room the bed was comfortable and we were happy it was pet friendly so we brought our little dog along. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options like scrambled eggs and a variety of breads.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for what we got.

We enjoyed skiing and hiking in the fine area, and the hotel was a great base to explore. Lots of activities are available. The staff was lovely, and we appreciated cozy seating to hang out after a fun day. Definitely a solid choice for group trips!

One downside was the noise from other guests , a bit tough to relax at times.
